I liked the home feeling I got staying in a room with a full clean kitchen. The desk staff was amazing!!!!! Very welcoming and polite. Walmart and other large chain of stores was right across the parking lot which was a plus. Everything I needed where at my fingertips.

Tammy at the front desk was a phenomenal resource for just about everything. She went out of her way to accommodate requests. For example, she retrieved a paper plate from the breakfast supply to enable me to reheat leftovers from a meal out. She suggested my brother fly to Seattle out of Columbus instead of Cleveland, which worked exceptionally well because I needed to avoid too many extra driving hours to my home on the East Coast.

Our room was as described. Check in process was simple. Good free coffee in the hotel store, free laundry was also nice to have. Kitchen in room was nice had plenty of shelf space for our food.

I was in Cleveland for a wedding and this hotel offered the most value. The bride and groom booked blocks in a separate hotel up the road, but it was literally twice the cost. This hotel met all expectations of a 3-4 star hotel, at a 2 star price. Plus it had other amenities, like a fridge, hot plate, and kitchen sink. Would absolutely stay again!

True suite with separate bedroom and small kitchenette. When we travel with our kids, it helps if we have separate rooms so we don't have to hide in the dark when it's time to put the kids to bed.

Couldn't beat the price compared to other hotels. When we checked in, the lady was very nice, and she got us all set up and allowed us to select our floor level. Room was fantastic and was clean! Was hard to believe that it was a 2 star hotel. I've stayed in 4 star hotels that couldn't even compare to this. I booked this hotel after reading reviews and so glad that we stayed here

Comfortable room. Very quiet even with some work going on outside. Looked like gutter replacement or something, was never an inconvenience for us.

I love that this all suites hotel allowed pets. We also enjoyed having a little kitchenette. Great space in our suite. Friendly staff and very accommodating.
